The pass guarantee
If you buy the full course plan and don't pass CWI Parts A and C, we refund what you paid in full.
To qualify, before your exam you need to:
- Finish at least one practice set in every Part A and Part C domain.
- Finish two full mocks for each part on this site.
- Take the official exam within 12 months of buying.
Your dashboard shows the practice sets and mocks you've finished.
What counts as finished: a practice set with at least 8 questions answered (or every question, if the set is shorter), and a full mock with at least 90% of its questions answered.
How to claim
Email support@cwiready.com within 30 days of your exam date with:
- the email address you used on CWI Ready, and
- your official score report, or the result notice from the exam provider.
We check your practice history, reply within 5 business days, and refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, your paid access ends.
Monthly plan
You can cancel any time from Billing on your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial months. The pass guarantee applies to the full course plan only.
